Abstract

This text offers a review of “Promising Young Woman”, directed by Emerald Fennell, alongside a critical examination of how both the legal system and society perpetuate violence against survivors of sexual assault. It examines how impunity is perpetuated, victims are delegitimized, and the male perspective is privileged.
