Pedagogía Fem-Crit en el Interregno:

resistencia en la Lucha por la Igualdad de Género y la Diversidad Sexual

Resumo

Este artículo es una reflexión sobre cómo la pedagogía Fem-Crit puede servir como herramienta de resistencia ante la actual crisis orgánica, o interregno, en la lucha por la igualdad de género y la diversidad sexual. En primer lugar, se explica el marco didáctico de la pedagogía Fem-Crit. Luego se explica cómo el interregno actual es un punto de inflexión que puede representar una regresión a un estado de derecho de mayor subordinación o la evolución a un marco jurídico más igualitario. A partir del entendimiento de esta coyuntura, se propone una reformulación de la enseñanza jurídica dentro del marco Fem-Crit que trascienda el análisis crítico del derecho y se convierta en una práctica de resistencia y transformadora. Para ello, se plantea que esta pedagogía debe fomentar la organización política, reconstruir la cohesión de los movimientos feministas y LGBTQIA+ para poder combatir efectivamente no solo los síntomas mórbidos del interregno, sino también para colocar la lucha contrahegemónica en una posición ganadora.
